The owner of McFadden Construction, Tim McFadden, has been in the construction business for more than forty years.  He is dedicated to doing the best job possible and prides himself on building strong relationships with clients, architects, and subcontractors.  He always makes himself available to the client and is regularly on-site to guide subcontractors and ensure a quality-built structure that will provide a lifetime of enjoyment.  His interest in construction started in 1975 when he began working for a variety of contractors, gaining experience and learning the trade.  In 1982, he became the lead frame carpenter for a well-known construction company in Billings where he was responsible for the framing, siding, and trimming of the projects.  In 1990, Tim went to work for another prominent construction company as the superintendent, scheduling and ordering materials, supervising projects, and working closely with homeowners on all phases of construction.  Tim started McFadden Construction in 1999 and ever since, it has earned an outstanding reputation for superb workmanship, cost effectiveness, and timely performance.  Tim is passionate about perfection, choosing to build fewer homes annually to ensure he can give the proper amount of personal attention to each project.

While working hard to build you a quality home, Tim is also involved in the community.  He is a member of several committees such as the National Homebuilders Association and Rehberg Ranch Association.  He is also a member of HBA’s Career Center House and HBA’s College of Technology Construction Program.
